Frustrated with our own dealings with brokers and their outdated attitudes, lack of creativity and withholding important information which slowed or stopped the process of buying businesses we were interested in, we decided to build a platform that gives owners a better way—an opportunity to negotiate directly and hand over the reins of their business to capable, willing investors without the middlemen.
